Copenhagen by Bergs Potter – The Castle Pot
With a design rooted in royal heritage, the Copenhagen Pot—also known as The Castle Pot—is a distinguished way to elevate your houseplant collection. Its story begins in 1860 at the royal castle in Denmark, where the original design was first crafted. Today, Bergs Potter continues that tradition, hand-making each pot in a small Tuscan village from the finest Italian Galestro clay.
Every detail reflects enduring craftsmanship: the raw finish is frost-resistant and ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, while the glazed finish brings refined elegance indoors (note: not frost-resistant). Over time, each pot develops a unique patina, growing even more beautiful with age—much like the plants it nurtures.
Designed with a drainage hole for optimal plant health, each Copenhagen Ø18 Planter includes a perfectly fitted saucer. This is more than a planter; it’s a timeless piece of design history for your home.
